The thickness of the rolled foil varies from 10 to 50 microns. Commonly used lithium battery pure aluminum foil has 1060, 1050, 1145, 1235 and other alloy grades, such as -O, H14, -H24, -H22, -H18.

Lithium batteries usually have both cylindrical and square shapes. The inside of the battery is spirally wound and is formed by a very fine and highly permeable polyethylene film insulation material between the positive and negative electrodes. The positive electrode includes a current collector composed of lithium cobaltate (or lithium nickel cobalt manganate, lithium manganate, lithium iron phosphate, etc.) and an aluminum foil. The negative electrode is composed of a current collector composed of a graphitized carbon material and a copper foil. The surface of the first aluminum foil has uniform color, cleanness and flatness, and no obvious roll marks, pitting, pinholes and corrosion marks;
The second aluminum foil surface has no rolling defects such as creases, spots, and bright lines;
The third aluminum foil has no color difference on the surface;
The fourth surface is oil-free, has no serious oil odor, and has no oil spots visible to the naked eye;
Fifth surface tension, Dyne pen test is not less than 32 dyne;
Appearance requires editing
First, the aluminum foil coil is wound tightly, the end surface is flat and clean, and the edges are smooth;
Second, the aluminum foil roll layer should not exceed ±1.0mm;
Third, the width of the aluminum foil roll core is greater than or equal to the foil width, and generally the length of the two ends of the die does not exceed 5 mm of the foil width;
Fourth, the aluminum foil should be wrapped around the center of the die;
Fifth, the joint portion has a clear joint mark at the two ends of the aluminum coil.
